Austin Smagalski

Austin is a director & editor living and working in Los Angeles CA. He has written and directed several shorts and directed his first feature film, Donovan Reid, in 2018. His work focuses on deeply personal stories with dark psychological themes. Austin was raised in Sonoma County and has had a passion for filmmaking since childhood. Austin received his bachelor's degree in Cinematic Arts and Technology from California State University Monterey Bay, and moved to Hollywood the day after graduation.
