Deborah Dominguez's most recent project has been 'LA FORTUNA', by Alejandro Amenábar, co-starring the exceptional Clarke Peters. She has been performing for worldwide audiences for the past 16 years and is currently working on 7 different projects including 'Edict of Expulsion, 1492' -a massive International Production- and other large social projects of her own like: 'REBORN', 'WOMEN' & 'C'EST LA VIE'. She has brought to life 'La Llorona' & 'The Woman on the Frame', in 'Wicked Lit, 2019 & 2015' -with Unbound Productions (Ovation Awards, 2015 and 2016) and Joe Fria (Guardians of the Galaxy II) as her co-lead; played the lead of the awarded play 'CROSSCUT' by David Robinette, for which her work got exceptional REVIEWS; been Ms. Ines in the original cast of 'Don Juan' - with the International Theatre Company the actor and filmmaker, Vladimir Cruz ('Strawberry and Chocolate' & 'Narcos') and herself created together, Ophelia, in 'Hamlet' and Juliet, in 'Romeo & Juliet'- with The International Shakespeare Foundation based in Spain, through which she also received her masters degree in Shakespeare Acting and Speech. Her Film credits as a lead include: 'GAIA', 'MOTHERHOOD BREATH', 'Americana' & 'In Connection', landed at the CANNES SHORT FILM CORNER, 2017, among other nominations and awards. Her trajectory as an actor has been outstanding, for consecutive years, by International Film Festivals like 'Cannes Film Festival' and 'BERLINALE Film Festival' and nominated and awarded in the writing field, as well, for best screenplay category. In addition, she currently develops aside her career as ENGLISH, SPANISH, FRENCH and ITALIAN voice talent leading credits like 'COCAINE COAST' for NETFLIX, other film productions for FOX, PARAMOUNT, NBC, ABC, TELEMUNDO and UNIVISION Studios and numerous Commercial projects handled by Stacy Seidel-Tea, Lisa Fischoff & Dana Hom. She is currently preparing for her callback session at The Actors Studio and is the International Toronto Slam Champion 2021 chosen for February and March Competition by judges Olunike Adeliyi, Chantel Riley, Cara Ricketts, Melissa A. Smith, Nicole Hilliard-Forde & Nadean Rawlins, as well as included in the first round of The International ABC DISNEY TV DISCOVERS - Talent Showcase for a second year & NBC Spotlight '13, '14, '15 & '18. She contemplates herself as a performer and singer, a passionate traveler, a believer of ART as a constant need for change and an activist for growth, wishing, creating and working hard daily for a Peaceful Better World.
