Benjamin Carpenter is a multi-instrumentalist film and television composer, songwriter and record producer based in Los Angeles. He began his career in 2004 composing for various cue libraries, including APM and Steady Long Music with numerous placements on networks that include CBS, MTV, Bravo, Style, CNBC, OWN, Food Network and PBS. In 2011, Carpenter was hired as contributing composer for Sundance Film Festival Official Selection, "Crime After Crime" which was immediately acquired by the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) and won awards at every major film festival in the US (including a Grand Performances premiere at the LA Film Festival). When not working as a Composer for film and television projects, Benjamin continues to produce incredible artists year round in Los Angeles for the Steady Long Music catalog.
