Ajaye' Brewington grew up in the streets of Harlem, New York. He attended Washington Irving High School and played many sports including basketball, baseball and softball. His talent in basketball was so exceptional that he would play in a semi-pro summer league. In 1995, Ajaye' had plans of attending Temple University to attain a degree in education and play basketball. Unfortunately, Ajaye's association with the streets and the wrong crowd would prevent him from achieving that goal. However, this did not prevent Ajaye' from making every effort to better himself. 5 Year would pass before Ajaye' would discover his true calling. Over time Ajaye' would be invited to be a guest speaker at his his school to share his story, and give back to the community in which he was raised. His story so compelling and motivational he was asked to return annually to speak to the area youth on career day in June. Ajaye' speaks with students about the importance of education, setting attainable goals and career planning. Ajaye' also speaks of fighting peer pressure. avoiding sexual activity and pregnancy as well as the hazards of drug use. To date Ajaye' has been a working model and actor for over 10 years. He has appeared in campaigns for such products as L'Oreal, Foot Locker, Ultra Sheen as well as Coca Cola with Tyson Beckford. He has shot countless fashion editorials for magazines such as Source, XXL Vibe Magazine and many others. Finally, Ajaye is really pushing his acting skills. He has appeared in feature films including Sex and the City 2, Dark Knight as well as Paid in Full, Brown Sugar and Inside man. Ajaye's most recent projects include the independent feature "Home" and he will soon appear on Unsolved Mysteries on A&E.
