Adam Gee is a Commissioning Editor at Channel 4 Television in the UK. He was born and raised in London. He began his career at Solus Enterprises, the London-based company of Roger Deakins (DoP), Dick Pope (DoP), Jack Hazan (DoP) and David Mingay (Editor). He became a Producer at Melrose Film Productions, where he went on to direct and write. He won the very first Interactive BAFTA in 1997 for the game MindGym. In 2000 he set up the production company Redbus CPD. He moved to Channel 4 in 2003 to pioneer multiplatform television/transmedia. Adam won an International Emmy for Embarrassing Bodies: Live from the Clinic in 2012. He is a voting member of the European Film Academy and of BAFTA.
