During Middle School Kenny Lester began to excel at athletics winning the 13 and 14 year old USA Wrestling and AAU National Championships, the Florida State Championships and medaling in the Sunshine State Games in weight lifting and Field Events. By High School he was a member of the Oviedo HS Florida State Championship Wrestling Team as the starting Heavyweight and was a HWT State Champion, Florida Pin Record Holder, 5x All American, winner of the prestigious Ironman Championship, Jr level Greco Roman National Champion, and Number 1 Ranked Heavyweight and Sr Recruit in the United States ultimately deciding to attend Arizona State. While at Arizona State Kenny Lester was the University Heavyweight Greco Roman National Champion as a true freshman in 2007, a member of the college football team, and competed in 5 World Championships Representing the United States 5x as the USA Heavyweight. He re-entered the performing arts taking coursework in dance and theatre and became a member of the Arizona independent film community in 2013 taking small roles or volunteering with set building for student projects/shorts and was part of an improv group called "bite sized productions". He received his first major credit starring in Durant's Never Closes after which he had to take a brief hiatus from acting pursuing the 2016 Olympic Games Representing American Samoa traveling the South Pacific competing as the Oceania Champion in Greco Roman Wrestling. After placing top 15 in the World Championships in 2015 the International Olympic Committee made a final ruling that although he was eligible for world championships his prior representation of the USA Team in 2012 was too close to the Rio Olympics, therefore he could not represent American Samoa, subsequently Kenny retired from Amateur Olympic Wrestling and took time to rehab physical wear and tear and transition to sports entertainment professional wrestling and competitive professional catch as catch can and submission wrestling competitions. Kenny Lester actively performs in front of live audiences and takes part in improv troupes and regularly attends film and arts workshops. He is open to any and all roles and is willing to challenge his acting abilities however is still enjoys his bread and butter big guy type cast roles, ultimately the most important thing is the viewer goes home satisfied.
