Oksana Grishina

Oksana Grishina was born in Kaliningrad Russia, on 25 March 1978, daughter of a Russian officer. She started in gymnastics at 7 years old. When her father was reassigned to a new post in Latvia, she had to move often. She earned a degree in gymnastics in 2000. When the first gym was opened in Kaliningrad a friend of her suggests her to work as a fitness instructor.A few trainers told her that sher had a good structure for bodybuilding.She took their advice and started to training.She earned an IFBB pro card to compete in the 2007 Olympia. Now she lives in the United States working as a personal trainer fitness consultant and fitness model. In 2011, she made her debut with a small role in the movie Hero of the day featuring Xango Henry and Mo Anouti.
