Karina Frederico

Karina Frederico was born in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil. She's the daughter of a professional soccer player and ended up living all over the the country and abroad, including Tokyo, Japan. When she was fourteen, her parents Renato and Conceição (Tida), moved their family back to Brazil where she completed her high school education. Karina fell in love with theater and performing in high school, but because she was too young and unsure if that was her true vocation, and because her parents didn't like that idea, her dream as delayed. In 2008 she found the courage to perform again just to make sure that's what she really wanted. The flame was lit again and there was no more doubt. She also has Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Marketing and Communication. Karina has martial arts training (Capoeira). She's also a trained belly dancer, Flamenco dancer and pole dancer. She is a bilingual actress who speaks fluent English and Portuguese and some Japanese. She is also an accomplished athlete having compete in swimming, volleyball, tennis and running. She can play piano, drums, flute, marimba and castanets. She is always taking classes so she can improve herself and her career. Karina has acted in plays, short films, and series. She is also a voice over actress and has dubbed TV series for the Brazilian market. She has done a little bit of everything.
