Jean-François Bernard (born 2nd May 1962) was a french cyclist rider and professional between 1984 and 1996. He participated to 15 Grand Tours during this period and finished as third overall during the 1987 Tour de France. I won some steps and day races. Thereafter, he became a consultant for television, and too radio, during the cycling competitions.
