Apollo Askew

Omar "Apollo" Askew was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the oldest child of 4 children. His father is a retired fire fighter and his mother is a retired teacher/counselor. After graduating from high school, Apollo enrolled in a few colleges, from Beulah Height University, Valor Christian College and Morehouse College with the intent on obtaining a degree. However, he caught the acting/modeling bug while participating in school plays and working with his father part-time for the World Famous Bronner Brothers hair show which has been hosted for 60 years in Atlanta Ga. Unfortunately Apollo did not graduate from college. Instead, he enlisted in the Armed forces to become a Marine. While in the military, he was stationed in San Diego and appeared in multiple student movies, local commercials, short films, movies and drama productions. With his powerful presence, charismatic modeling and acting versatility, Apollo has been a published model appearing in several local magazines and newspapers in California. Accredited along with commercials for the United States Marine Corp, Audi and Ultimate Fighting Championships. He has obtained numerous athletic awards along with Southern California Physique National Qualifier and IFBB Pro League Qualifier. While a member of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, he is a personal trainer, fitness coach, MMA fighter, and a public speaker. Apollo has accumulated films that are credited and continuing to perfect his gift and talent as an actor and model. Apollo resides in New Orleans, LA.
