Tyler Gullbrand

1/20/2013 Born on Friday, August 13th, 1993, Tyler Gullbrand grew up in the town of Salem, NH. At the suggestion of Ramsey Eassa, a close friend, Gullbrand auditioned for a play being performed by Salem High School's theater guild during his third year of high school. Taking immediately to acting, Gullbrand began to independently read multitudes of books on acting theory and technique. He was immensely curious about the art, and always anxious to learn more. He continued to act in theater throughout his time in high school, playing major parts in plays such as Once Upon a Mattress, Macbeth, and Pippin. During his third year of high school, Tyler was once again approached by Ramsey Eassa, but this time with grander ideas. Eassa, at this time only a hopeful and aspiring young director-to-be, had plans to produce and direct his first film, an hour-long piece titled "Cinder." When Eassa expressed interest in using Tyler as an actor in the film, he jumped at the opportunity, and continued to work alongside Eassa on his next two projects. In the summer of 2012, Gullbrand began work acting in Eassa's new film, Private Affairs (slated for release November 2013). Tyler began attending the University of New Hampshire at Durham in the fall of 2011, majoring in both Chemistry and Philosophy. While in attendance, he remained active in film.
