Annie Chen is a Taiwan born Canadian actor with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Annie has worked professionally in animation, video games, commercials, audiobooks, Film and TV, and Theatre. Some of Annie's work ranges from voicing for Nintendo, TVO Kids, Penguin Random House, Wild brain, Nelvana, and Nickelodeon. Sharing the screen with the cast of Schitt's Creek on Season 5 finale, as well as playing 'Frenchy' in Grease the Musical at The Elgin Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto, to dancing for Lady Gaga then PSY at the Much Music Video Awards. Annie's broad spectrum of training ranges from improvisation at Second City, Pro Actor's Lab, Meisner with Robyn Kay in Toronto, to working with voice legends Elley Ray, Ron Rubin, and Ivan Sherry. As well as training with Cirque Du Solei Coach on the art of Bouffon, to drilling The Martha Graham Technique and contact improvisation at Toronto Dance Theatre. Other favourite Musical Theatre credits include Elf the Musical with Theatre Aquarius in Hamilton Ontario, and MammaMia! with Western Canada Theatre and Theatre Aquarius. Some of Annie's favourite projects so far include Lumiere Pandora in Dragalia Lost, May in 16 Hudson, the closing ceremony of Pan American Games at The Roger's Center, Full Out and Designated Survivor on Netflix, Guillermo del Toro's series The Strain, TVOKids Odd Squad, comedy thriller - Killer High aired on Freeform, and current voice over projects that shall not be named. Annie immigrated to Canada at the age of six with the English vocabulary of two words - "yes" and "no". It's been a wild and beautiful ride thus far to say the least.
