Steve Gatena is the Founder & CEO of PRAY. Formerly, Steve was the CEO of Helinet, VideoFort, and REP Interactive, video & broadcast media companies that produced feature films, world-class stock footage, and television commercials for some of the world's biggest brands. In 2014, at 28 years old, Steve was honored as an "Entrepreneur of the Year" at the United Nations in a program sponsored by Dell and Intel for America's top entrepreneurs. Steve's businesses have been recognized as some of America's Best Workplaces by outlets like Inc Magazine and Los Angeles Business Journal and Steve was named #8 on FORBES Magazine's list of Famous Multi-Generational Entrepreneurs. As the CEO of Helinet, VideoFort & REP Interactive, Steve won more than 100 awards for his work in film & video marketing for brands like Coldwell Banker, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Marriott Hotels. In addition, Steve has also won awards for his pro-bono work with the Girl Scouts of America, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Los Angeles Fire Department. VideoFort, was known as Hollywood's largest stock footage manufacturer and was founded by Steve Gatena and Alan Purwin. VideoFort specializes in nature, travel, and aerial footage. VideoFort content has been featured in blockbuster movies like Transformers, award-winning TV shows such as Discovery Planet Earth, and major broadcast television commercials. In college, Gatena played football for the University of Southern California (USC), where he won the 2009 Rose Bowl Championship and earned his Master's Degree. He also holds an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force Academy. Fun fact about Steve - he started his first company REP Interactive as a research assignment at the University of Southern California, where he created the first ever "viral video" for the real estate industry, resulting in more than twenty million dollars in sales.
