Phillia Thomas is an upcoming actress in the Cleveland area. She has been performing all her life and she doesn't plan to stop now. Studying modeling at Segami modeling school, and drama and dance at the Cleveland School of the Arts, she is a woman that should not be under estimated. With a growing passion to inspire and influence people's souls, she truly has a passion for the arts. She is the star in the must see Cleveland based film called "Swing Lowe Sweet Chariote." coming to theaters in June 24th 2013.
