Luciana Vieira

Luciana Vieira works as a director, screenwriter and producer in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. She is a founding partner of Orla Filmes and during the years 2014-2018 she was a creative collaborator and producer of Tardo Filmes. Luciana has in her curriculum the co-direction with Wislan Esmeraldo of the Christmas TV movie "Guerra da Tapioca" (Globo Filmes and Tardo Filmes), the co-direction of the youth series "Lana and Carol" (EBC, Deberton Entertainment and Praia a Noite), the executive production of the series "Identidade #Transvive" (Tardo Filmes), the direction of the medium-length film "Porque era Ela" (Orla Filmes and Tardo Filmes), the co-direction of the feature film in episodes "O Animal Sonhado" (Tardo Filmes) and the script of the feature "Natan", developed at Porto Iracema das Artes' Script Laboratory with her working partner Victor Costa Lopes, under the tutor of the filmmakers Karim Ainouz, and later approved in national laboratories such as Curitiba Lab, Sesc Novas Histórias and Brasil CineMundi, where the script received the honorable mention from Torino Film Lab. She also is a co-director and co-writer of the series Benfica Girls (Latitude Audiovisual / CineBrasilTV) and works as a script advisor at Porto Iracema das Artes' Script Laboratory.
