Phil Taylor

Phil has spent many years financing over 25 films and building a portfolio of films at Film Engine Ltd. Following the demise of EIS and SEIS in the UK , Phil is no longer very active in film finance and now focuses on Digital Distribution and Production Consultancy to independent film-makers world wide. Phil is working with a multiple of platforms and channels in the ever growing digital arena. Phil still takes on Executive Producer roles where he can help and influence and continues to develop a number of screenplays in different genres.
