Enhle Mbali Maphumulo is an award-winning actress and creative who began her foray in the South African television, arts and fashion industry at the tender age of 16. She started on the popular South African murder-mystery series Mtunzini.com which aired on the country's national broadcaster (SABC 1). She then landed her breakthrough leading role on the hit show Tshisa which opened doors to roles on numerous South African leading soapies and drama series including iNkaba, Moferefere Lenyalong, Soul City, Sokhulu and Partners and Rhythm City. Not one to be typecast, Enhle showcased her diversity in the industry by netting her acting career with TV presenting. In 2009, she hosted Channel O's award-winning series, Young, Gifted and Black and then went on to host ANN7's, Starbiz, which showcased her knowledge on all things entertainment. She has since been booked to host/MC events by Capitec Bank, Sanlam (Lady in Red Opera Gala Dinner) and DSTV's In Good Company Experience. From being a fashion student at University of Johannesburg in her earlier years, to going to Boston to study film, Enhle has shown us that school is never out even when you're a master at your craft. The actress recently went on to study Performance at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York where she finished top of her class. Her most recent endeavour saw her launch the Forever Young Gala Dinner in 2018 in association with Global Citizen, House of Mandela and Africa Rising. In the same year, she founded The Enhle Cares Foundation
