Lydia is an actress, improviser and multi-cam activist in Los Angeles. Born in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Lydia is one of nine kids - always looking to stand out amidst her sea of siblings, at an early age she began starring in suspense flicks made with the family camcorder... and copious amounts of ketchup. She eventually moved onto local theaters and indie films - her favorite performance was in 9 to 5 which holds a special place in her heart due to growing up in Dolly's hometown. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, Lydia has trained with some of Los Angeles' best: John Rosenfeld Studios, Upright Citizens Brigade, Groundlings and Scott Sedita. She just recently starred in multi-cam projects at both USC and CSUN. Her feature film, Talk To The Hands, is an Official Selection at the 2019 Sandpoint Radius Film Festival. The film has garnered 11 Official Selections and 4 nominations to date. When she isn't performing, she can be found reading tacky romance novels on the beach - albeit completely covered in sunscreen. She doesn't stay this pale in L.A. without effort.
