Ryan Freng

Ryan Freng is an award-winning director/cinematographer who runs a creative agency in the Midwest. He's been an artist from a young age and settled on storytelling through film in high school. As his agency grew, after college in the 2000s, he reconnected with creative partners from his hometown to begin creating short films for film festivals. Many years later and he's written, directed, shot and acted in dozens of films. In 2018 he co-directed a documentary feature for an organization in Milwaukee called 'Power in My Hand's'. Since 2013 he has been the cinematographer and a producer for T.C. De Witt's The Princess Knight, a feature-length puppet fantasy musical that is in its final stages of post production. From there it will hit the festival circuits in search of distribution. With everything story he works on, Ryan strives to find that unique something to help the piece come to life.
