Hollywood actor Mandell Frazier was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA and is best known for the primetime television soap opera OWN's Tyler Perry's "If Loving You Is Wrong", CBS's ten-time Daytime Emmy® Award-winning soap opera "The Young and the Restless" and the Primetime Emmy®-nominated action television series "NCIS: Los Angeles". The Michigan-born star has close to 90 film, TV and commercial IMDb credits and is also a former TV talk show host and on-air radio personality. Frazier's passion for promoting human welfare and his ongoing support of various nonprofit human services organizations has led him to being the recipient of multiple humanitarian awards including being presented the Certificate of Recognition Award by former U.S. Congresswoman/U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis. Frazier's community involvement is extensive and includes the Love My Neighbor Foundation, SAG-AFTRA Foundation, County of Los Angeles Public Library, The Midnight Mission, Alexandria House, Holmes Early Education Center, Motion Picture and Television Fund (MPTF) and the Black College Expo. Frazier's platform is FAITH, FITNESS and FOCUS and as a motivational speaker has had numerous speaking engagements as well as being a featured speaker at two of former President Barack Obama's initiatives (e.g., Global Preparation Academy, My Brother's Keeper Alliance). Frazier enjoys working out, racquetball, volleyball, cycling, hiking, kayaking, jet skiing, riding his 3-wheel motorcycle and watching Michigan football...Go Blue! He resides in Southern California with his beautiful wife and best friend (Tonya) whom he's known since she was 17 years old and married on his parent's 59th wedding anniversary at sunset on Secret Beach in Maui, Hawaii.
