Trisha Fuentes Allen is happily married with children and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management in addition to a Certificate in Theatre from University of North Carolina School of the Arts. She was born Trisha Chantel Fuentes and is multi-racial. She grew up in East Lansing, Michigan and graduated from East Lansing High School. She started out as a professional teen model; a performing artist acting in industrial films, musicals, and Shakespeare plays; and singing aria solos in chamber choir. She sang lead vocals in her jazz band, who were hired to perform at museum galas and city festivals. While in high school she continued to act in plays and musicals at Lansing Community College, worked professionally as a model, and acted in industrial films through CL Adams agency. Her most memorable experience as a 15 year-old young artist was starring in Lansing Community College's "A Winter's Tale," in which she was cast to play Mamillius and a dancing spirit in 1990. At the age of 16, in 1991, she was cast to play Hodel in a Boarshead Theatre & Lansing Community College version of "Fiddler on the Roof." Senior year, at the age of 17, she received a scholarship to the 4-year conservatory at The University of North Carolina School of the Arts Theatre Program, which assisted her in continuing her intense professional theatre training. She trained with some of the best teachers from around the world. She also gained some mentors who took her under their wings, guided, and protected her. Starting at the age of 21, in 1996, shortly after leaving college, she was cast as a principle in an HBO commercial in NYC. After meeting several women in a Christian Arts ministry she was changed for life to serve Jesus (Yeshua) in life and through her art-work. Additionally, over the course of 10 years, from 1997-2007 she worked in theatre, worked as a national commercial voiceover artist, acted in a short film, modeled, and was a solo vocalist at Madison Square Garden for "Women's Day" events. Trisha also sang with an all female vocal harmony group. Trisha was also a member of The Wheel Theatre Group in NYC. However, with all of this professional experience, it was her work with New York University educational theatre, in 2000, that gave her a sense of purpose in her chosen field. She was hired as an actor/educator and taught middle and high school students, through a musical tour, about how to identify abuse in personal and professional relationships. The tour ended with the ensemble performing at The National Black Theatre Festival in Winston-Salem, NC. Afterward she continued to teach theatre games to inner city children through reliable and known programs that uplifted NYC communities. As family and the arts are very important to her, she naturally progressed toward producing film and television shows that the whole family could share in. Trisha Fuentes Allen founded Noble Fountain Films and Productions in 2005 and The Workplace Institute for Safety Education (W.I.S.E.) in 2013. She began writing television series and films 15 years ago. She joined New York Women In Film & Television in 2008. Trisha Fuentes Allen has been a proud member of SAG/AFTRA for many years. She is happy to be deeply rooted in the arts and to possess a resume that reflects merit. However, family and creating quality art with highly focused, creative, and fun people are most important to her. She would like to thank everyone that contributed to her growth as an artist.
