Jie Yi

Jie Yi is an artist / filmmaker, who received her MFA in Computer Art with a concentration in video production from the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2013. Ms. Yi's works have received numerous awards and nominations, including: the Puchon International Student Animation Festival (Korea), Beijing College Student Film Festival, and China (Beijing) International College Student Animation Festival. Her current finished film Light Mind incorporates animation within a documentary format to explore the inner world of a blind photographer which official selected by film festivals all over America.
