Blaine Childers has worked on various productions, on camera and on stage in Chicago, IL. From high school theater performance to eventually finding extra roles in independent films. His first supporting role for a professional theater production in 2011 was " The Heart of a Fortune Cookie" as Ramon Florentine for an independent theater company. In the same year earning a supporting role as Johnny Cofax in "Cofax" which led to his Prairie State Film Festival debut in 2013. Recently Blaine landed the lead role in an up coming web series based in Chicago "A Cartel Story" in which he produced as well. Blaine is an adamant and intricate director and producer who prides himself in creating organic situations for film as well as a high energy environment for the crew. He is a self taught artist, through various and extensive study of the Strasberg Technique, and Stanislavski's "Method Acting" to the Meisner Technique. "I view the world differently, visualizing range and it's unlimited potential to grasp the masses in the most positive of manners." Earning valuable rapport in the mid west and gaining influence, has led to larger projects aimed at the global audience. Blaine has recently worked with friend and colleague Todd Causely on the film and retrospective "American Badass", The Michael Madsen story. Blaine's Production company Bouncing Tiger Studios is traversing into commercial production along side the bigger artistic film pieces. As an Assistant Director to Raul Colon (Director/Filmmaker) on the short film "The Evil Image" together have won awards at The Colorado International Film Festival and have been nominated for awards at the "Prince of Prestige" Film Festival in Orlando, Florida. "I love Acting, in film and on stage, I love it, I love it, I love it, so much. I've never seen or felt something with the ability to change and affect people on such a mass scale as this. It can be used for such good."
