Joanna Clark

Following a family tradition four generations long (and counting!), this Texas native began acting in theatre at age 4. Dance became a huge part of her life on the way to earning her drama degree from The University of Texas. A produced playwright, she founded Take a Bow, a film and theatre production company in 1999. The organization focused on emerging talent, with a sprinkling of established scripts to showcase the actors and directors. Take a Bow also served as a training ground for dancers, directors, choreographers and actors. Film was ever present in Joanna's life. She frequently scripted, directed, produced and even costumed shorts for a selection of companies and individuals. Joanna Clark is now producing, writing and acting primarily in film.
