Abigail Victoria Martin was born in Wegberg (Germany) on the 13 April 1995, where she attended Bruugen Military school. Just before her 9th birthday she moved to Perth, Western Australia. Before graduating from Peter Moyes Anglican Community school in November of 2012 she had attended 3 other schools including Sorrento Primary, Woodvale Primary and Methodist Ladies College. Within her first year of being in the country she landed a small recurring extra role on the children's TV Series Parallax. Abbie then stumbled Across the art of theatre and dance when she attended MLC, her love to entertain and capture audiences only grew from there, within 3 years of being at the school she had already performed in many stage shows such as West Side Story, Annie and grease, and become an active member of 3 different Theatre companies. In 2012, Abigail laded the lead role in a theatre production called "A River Dreaming" a world premier, Australian written and devised work Directed by Peta Flannigan that toured England, Wales and Scotland for 6 and a half weeks, performing in well established theater's such as saddler's wells in London and the riverfront in Hereford. At the age of 17 she traveled alone to Holt, Norfolk to work full time in a theatre ( Gresham's Theatre) to gain a greater insight as to how a theatre works, how shows are put together and what it means to devote yourself to your art. After a thrilling 4 months, Abigail unfortunately had to cut her travels short and return to Australia due to some family issues. After her 18th Birthday and with her extensive theatre knowledge, background and experience has decided to make the transition into film and TV scoring some roles in upcoming films, shorts and commercials. Abigail is an undergraduate student at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia (commencing 5th of August 2013) studying a a 3 year Bachelor of Humanities, A double Major in Broadcasting Journalism and performing Arts. As well as being a student of The Perth Film School and an active participate within the Perth film and theatre community.
