Luke Grasso is a Meisner trained SAG-AFTRA actor born in NY. He spent his early days in Brooklyn and his youth and university in central New Jersey. In addition to the dramatic arts, Luke competed on the wrestling team while also earning a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He was voted "Broadway Bound" by his senior class in their final year. He attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He continued to hone his acting craft while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Post-undergraduate, he formally trained in Meisner Technique under the tutelage of Glen Vincent (Ted Bardy Studios, NYC). He also studied for a time at the William Esper Studio (NYC). After a handful of minor roles, Luke made his way to Los Angeles to pursue film and television work. He immediately began training with D.W. Brown at the Joanne Baron/D.W.Brown Studios in Santa Monica, CA. Once completed, he took time to venture out across the globe. The purpose was to enhance his understanding of the human condition in many different cultures. He spent time in: Italy, England, Norway, Australia, Mexico, Peru, Russia, and lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil for over a year. Now back in Los Angeles, Luke is determined to share his love of acting by bringing all of the intricacies and depth of the human experience he has learned.
