Lizzie Mears was born in Charleston, South Carolina. She attended college at Salisbury University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. She has been in a number of professional stage productions, including the world premiere of It's Time to Bring Back Charlie, in which she originated the role of Tia. She performed twice at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the largest arts festival in the world. She made her film debut in Tommy Faircloth's Dollface (2014) as Janet, the promiscuous red-head with a mean streak. Lizzie found a home in the horror movie genre, performing next in Tommy Faircloth's, Family Possessions (2016) and attending a slew of horror conventions to promote both films. She can be seen most recently in the DC Comics series, Doom Patrol (2019) on DC Comics streaming service.
