Chef Jason Rivas graduated from the Culinary Institute in 1999 and has years of experience in the industry, working primarily in resorts in both Southern California and Arizona. He also has experience working at a four-star resort in Virginia, and is a three-time "Best Chefs of the Inland Empire" award-winner. In 2013 Chef was awarded his 4th culinary scholarship from the American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) for study in the industry, and earned his Executive Chef Certification from the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
