Donald Ramsey

Born in Miami in August, 1960, Donald (Dale) Ramsey is a workshop-trained actor who studied extensively at the Panaro Academy of Dramatic Arts in Miami Beach, Florida. Scene Study (partnered with Julio Iglesias, Junior), Group Improvisation, One-Act Plays, including "The Philadelphia," as performance, directed by Anna Panaro. For 22 years, from 1987 to 2009, Donald was an associate of Burdines Department Stores Advertising Department (renamed Macy's Florida Advertising in 2004), serving in several positions, including Print Media Coordinator and Assistant Media Administrator, and in this capacity interacted with top corporate executives across Florida and the USA as well as with a number of performers such as actress/model Lauren Hutton, and Hispanic superstar Maria Conchita Alonso among others. Donald has maintained contact and friendships with some of these entertainers for more than 20 years. An aficionado of musical theatre, Donald has appeared in college musicals such as "Candide," and is particularly enamored of the musicals of Andrew Lloyd Webber, including "Evita," "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "Sunset Boulevard," though the musical "love of his life," is Boublil, Schonberg and Kretzmer's "Les Miserables," which he admits to seeing nearly 400 times since the 1980s. "The Poser Project" is Donald's first opportunity to write for a professional film project. Donald is single and resides in Miami, Florida.
