Lynda was born in Texas and raised in Greensboro, NC before moving with her family to Chapel Hill then on to Durham, NC where she resides now. She fell in love with dance and theater at a young age and performed in her high school's musicals, as well as dancing on both her high school and college dance teams. After enjoying a career in the medical field for many years, she has recently decided to return to acting.
