Born in India, Kintan Chauhan is a writer, director, animator and a visual look development artist based in Brooklyn, New York. With early childhood interest in art, encouragement and guidance from his teachers and friends throughout and the support from his family, he was able to choose and pursue art. He completed his Bachelor's of Fine Art in Sculpture from Sir J. J. School of Art, Bombay and then Master's of Fine Art in Animation from Savannah College of Art and Design in the United States. He soon began working on animation as well as live action films along with working as a 3D visual look development artist for advertisements, broadcast and commercial productions. Some of his personal films include Daughter of an Ocean, Herself, The Sneeze of Love and Krishna Calls You. Commercially he has been a part of many animation studios and commercial production houses which include The Motion Picture Company, Buck, Sibling Rivalry Studios, Blur, Marc Jacobs, Hornet and have contributed as a 3D visual look development artist. Being a visual storyteller, his medium of expression varies in the form of sculpture, drawing, illustration, photography, computer generated animation, stop motion animation as well as live action films.
