Honey St. Dennis was born in Salt Lake City, UT to a yoga-loving Buddhist paralegal mother who designs her own skin care products and a conservative electrical engineer who works with the Department of Defense. Honey has always loved stories, which led her to study mythology, fantasy, and classical literature as a small child and through college where she obtained a Bachelors in History and a Bachelors in Anthropology from the University of Utah. After trying on the various hats of movie store manager, financial representative, and archivist with the US Navy, Honey decided to bring more creativity and more stories into her life through becoming an actor. Honey trained at the Tom Todoroff Conservatory in New York City. This shift has transformed her life. She's fallen in love with the craft and the Big Apple. Honey can be seen in the upcoming feature films Dinner with the Alchemist and Secret City Bluz, the short films Dark Therapy and The Dinner, and House of Cards on Netflix. Off the stage, Honey is a fitness enthusiast who has completed three Tough Mudders, a few half marathons, and loves to hike, backpack, run, travel, and practice Cross Fit and yoga. She paints impressionist style landscapes and writes a blog for vitamin supplement company Cell Nutritionals. Whatever Honey undertakes she does so with her full heart, intelligence, and strength. She is endlessly curious about the world, always learning something new. As every day brings new opportunities, Honey celebrates in her good fortune to explore, make art, and connect with life.
