Jizhong Zhang

Jizhong (Jamie) Zhang is an actor and a filmmaker based in LA with over 15 years of experience in the film industry. He made his first 16mm indie film, RMB100, in 2007, which won him several film awards and gave him a chance to get to know some prominent filmmakers since then. As an actor, he has performed a variety of roles in 40+ short films, including the leading role in The Monkey King, which was finalisted in the 2021 Student Academy Awards; he also appeared in Google commercials and the TV series Seven Days. When he isn't on stage, Jamie is a captain, a diver, a fisherman, a camper, a hunter, a cook, a dog lover, a good husband (self-considered), and a proud dad.
