Rebecca Mason was born on May 31 and grew up on a beautiful hobby farm outside Vancouver, British Columbia. She is the daughter of two competitive horse back riders who introduced Rebecca to the horses and farm animals before her own grandparents. Raised as a Canadian farm girl, Rebecca started playing ice hockey at the age of three and finished her career eighteen years later as captain for one of the top junior women's teams in North America. She made her official theater debut as Imogene Herdman in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and never looked back. She studied improvisation and theater throughout high school and continued to study acting at St. Lawrence University, graduating with a degree in Honors Economics and a BFA in Performance. Rebecca had the amazing honor to study acting at the Moscow Arts Theater School in Russia as well as at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut. She won many acting awards throughout high school at theater festivals around Vancouver and graduated university, Summa Cum Laude, as a member of both the National Theater Honor Society (Alpha Psi Omega) and the National Economics Honor Society (Omicron Delta Epsilon). She was awarded the Joan M. Fuzak Drama Award and gave the commencement speech to her fellow graduates. Rebecca is now focusing on TV and film in both Los Angeles and Vancouver.
