Robert Sabino is an Actor, Director, Screenwriter, and broadcast personality who has been working in the Entertainment Industry since 1987, including broadcast Radio, Television, Press, and Films. He was born as Pedro Sabino Ramos in the Dominican Republic. In November 2017, he changed his professional name from Pedro Sabino to Robert Sabino, which is actually the name he grew up responding to because that is how his family calls him and the name he used during the first 10 years of his News Anchor, Radio Host / Producer, and Ad Creative career. He has performed in more than 25 feature films for major studios, including supporting roles in the films of acclaimed Director David O. Russell, Joy (I) 2015 for Twentieth Century Fox, and American Hustle 2013, in Peer Pedersen's We Don't Belong Here 2017, and a principal in a national television commercial by acclaimed Director James Mangold in 2013. Other featured roles include blockbuster films such as Frank Coraci's Here Comes The Boom 2012, The Fighter 2010, The Invention of Lying 2009, and 21 2008. Reflecting on his experience working in a supporting role for Director David O' Russell on two occasions, He states, "As a film enthusiast, I enjoy going to the movie theater and seeing his films. He developed an outstanding record as a freelance reporter in Massachusetts for CNN en Espanol, from August 2000 to March 2008. As a Voice Talent, He has done jobs for Barefoot Books, Drive Ideas, Integrity Interactive, Body1.com, Element Productions, and hundreds of voiceover commercials for Spanish radio stations. His job as a Voice Talent and News Anchor has been recognized with several awards. His multi-talent capabilities have allowed him to work as a Web Designer, Video Producer, News Anchor, Voice Talent, and News Director for a daily radio show in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, which was on the air from October 2000 to March 20, 2008. After he committed to his acting career and workflow was low Sabino used to fill in the gaps and supplement his income working as an English / Spanish Medical and Court Interpreter, contracting for agencies of the Federal Government.
