Frank Maurits

First appearance of Frank Maurits as Commander Frank was with Klingon Ronald Patterson in the Dutch national television series Vara Live to protest against the finishing of the Star Trek Enterprise TV-series. Commander Frank returns on the retro sixties TV-series 'Typisch '60' with Tooske Breugem as Captain Tooske and George Takei in his role as Helm Officer Hikaru Sulu. In 2009 Frank Maurits played Karn, member of the Klingon High Counsel, on RTV Utrecht. In 2010 Karn appeared again in the Dutch news program Hart van Nederland. Frank Maurits also appeared for Star Trek Dark Armada in the pilot 'Worst Nightmare' as Captain Chain. Star Trek Dark Armada is a Dutch semi-professional sci-fi production. As journalist Frank Maurits interviewed several actors for national TV-networks. First appearance was in December 1999, at the Laat de Leeuw TV-show with Paul de Leeuw, doing an interview with Robert Picardo. In 2002 Frank Maurits interviewed Patrick Stewart for the Dutch news program Hart van Nederland.
