Alexander Ness is a german actor. In 1992 he moved to London to persevere his first profession of a snooker career. While residing in the UK he returned to his childhood dream of being an actor. He completed several acting workshops before he finally applied to "Chicken Shed Drama School" in 1999, where he received a national scholarship and completed his training there. In the following years he was seen in several plays on London's stages, e.g. in "Romeo & Juliet", "Shelter", "Our country's good", "Duett for one" and "The emperor's new clothes" adapted by Molière. He started his TV acting career at the early age of 8 on German Television (ZDF). His movie debut was in 2002 when he participated in the movie "The Honeytrap" with Emily Lloyd. He's been starring in many productions, both national and international since. He recently starred as "Charles V. (HRE)" on german television. Despite his ongoing acting career, Alexander Ness started playing snooker in 1992 and became the first german professional in this sport. Alexander Ness resides from 2013 in Berlin Germany to present and is represented by the fangfrisch agency.
