Judy Pancoast is a singer, songwriter, performer and recording artist.. In 2011 she received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Children's Album for her one-of-a-kind CD, Weird Things Are Everywhere! Judy was born and raised in Waterville, Maine, and has a BA in Music from the University of Maine and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of New Hampshire. She has recorded four original albums of music for children and families as well as two Christmas CDs. Judy is also known among adult audiences for her infectious Christmas hit, "The House on Christmas Street," which can be heard each Christmas season on radio stations across the US and UK. Three of Judy's original Christmas songs are featured on the soundtrack of "Christmas with the Dead," based on an original story by Bram Stoker Award winning novelist Joe Lansdale. She also collaborated with Lansdale and Keith Lansdale on a musical theater adaptation of the same work. Her song "Time's Up" is featured on the soundtrack of the horror film of the same name, starring Damian Maffei and Felissa Rose.
