Kirk Newmann

Kirk Newmann was born on the 20th March 1981 in the small village of Mosbach in Germany. He is based in the United Kingdom having spent many years working in both the UK & USA. Kirk was a part time model & actor alongside his career as a business development manager for a global chain of restaurants. In 2015 Kirk left the restaurant business behind, it was a move which allowed him to also focus on his acting whilst earning a career as a model alone. Kirk is steadily moving into the acting world & has played a part in Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan TV series for Amazon Prime and broke into British television playing Aksoy in Danny Brocklehurt's ITV series No Return. As for modeling, in the last few years Kirk has fronted many campaigns a lot of them requiring an acting role for global brands including, Fabergé Watches, Haig Club Whisky, Gillette, Tequila 1800, Jaguar & Bentley. His first foray into acting was playing the lead character for the Kaiser Chiefs' song Listen To Your Head - a lengthy music video. He has another lead role advert for Kirk Tequila 1800 - 'Just Refined Enough' his role was a demanding one where he played a pianist who moonlights as a boxer. The ad aired in cinemas & TV in North America & Canada which quickly reached 12 million hits online & is growing. A former pupil of London's Central School of Drama Kirk starred in three short films by director Daniel Ruebesam - Brother Heart, Dazwischen and Rise of the Spartans. Recently Kirk had a role in the critically acclaimed British TV series, a spy thriller BUMP, directed by Mono Ghose. In 2017 Kirk Newmann featured as Sun - King Avad in the PlayStation 4 second best selling video game Horizon Zero Dawn which won the award for Best Original Game at the Game Critics Awards in 2015 and 2016.
