Silas Tai was born in Tampa, Florida in 1993. In 2016, He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Theatre Performance. During his studies, he learned The Suzuki Method, The Grotowski Method, Improv, Mask, Mime, Clowning, and On-stage combat. Upon graduation, Silas pursued on-camera stunt, combat, and multi-weapon training techniques with Action ATL in Atlanta, Georgia. Silas excels at physicality and movement-based performance techniques as a result of studying under Dora Arreola. Professor Arreola took part in Grotowski's Objective Drama Project at the University of California-Irvine in 1987, and was a direct participant at Grotowski's Work center in Pontedera, Italy until 1989. Silas Tai now lives in Los Angeles, California and is actively pursuing a career in Film and Television.
