Kimberly Green was born in Seoul, Korea to a Korean mother and Puerto Rican father. When she was two years old her mother married an American soldier in the Air Force. The nature of his career kept the family moving from Seoul, Korea to Austin, Texas, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Yokota Air Force Base and Misawa Air Force Base in Japan. Finally settling in her step-father's hometown Sellersburg, Indiana. Kimberly proved to be a well- rounded performer and a natural athlete in high school. Performing in classics such as Arsenic and Old Lace, Singing in the Rain, and The Nutcracker, while also excelling as a cheerleader, track and field, volleyball, and basketball. She went on to graduate from Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology, where she danced, cheered and trained at the Jacob's School of Music- Ballet Program, and worked as a dance instructor for Universal Dance Association. She then moved to Los Angeles booked a dance agent at an open call audition, danced professionally for the Avengers Arena Football team and got Taft Hartley'd as a cheerleader in The Hot Chick with Rachel Mc Adams. She traveled the world for two years and worked as an Art Auctioneer at sea for Princess Cruise Lines. Unable to ignore her desire to be an actor, she left ship life to study at the Stella Adler Acting Academy in Los Angeles. Performing in plays such as Two Women and a Chair, Eleemosynary, Cabaret, and Lost in Falling in the Fringe Theater Festival. She made her LA stage debut in 2016 as Kelly in LA's longest running comedy "It's Just Sex", winning the Valley Theater Award for Best Featured Actress, while the cast was nominated for Best Ensemble at the 2017 NAACP Theater Awards. 2017 she played Trina in B.L.A.C. Mail Production's "Can God's Love", which was nominated for Best Musical and Best Director for the 2019 NAACP Theatre Awards. 2019 she joined The Braid (Formerly the Jewish Women's Theatre), performing in the ongoing Salon Show "True Colors". Her most recent virtual stage productions include, "Piano in the Dark", with the Group Repertory Theatre, "Snowflake" with the Road Theatre and 3 live virtual performances with Smartphone Theater, "So that Happened", "Finding the Way" and "Checkmate". Kimberly continues to work on her craft as a Finalist at the Actors Studio and with acting teacher Tony Greco.
