Diana Studenberg is an actor and musician from Montreal, residing in Ontario and Los Angeles. Her father is of Polish, German, and Belgic descent although he was raised in Montevideo, Uruguay; and her mother is of Spanish Moroccan ancestry. Diana began her theatre training at the Montreal Musical Theatre Academy where she performed in such plays as the Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Wind in the Willows, Annie, and Cinderella. She has since studied film/TV acting at Lee Strasberg in West Hollywood, Anthony Miendl's Actor Workshop, and LA Acting Studios. Diana is the lead singer in the rock band 'Trope' and electronic duo 'Divine Astronaut'. Trope recently recorded their debut album, 'Eleutheromania', with Mike Fraser (AC/DC, Metallica) engineering and David Bottrill (Peter Gabriel, Tool) mixing. Trope have performed shows internationally in Europe, Canada, the US and Los Angeles in such venues including LA's Whisky A Go-Go and The Viper Room and the world's largest music festival, Summerfest, playing the main stages in the past two years. They also shared stages at the Hollywood Improv with comedians Iliza Shlesinger [Unveiled/Netflix], Steve-O [Jackass], David Koechner [Anchorman], Bryan Callen [Hangover], Harland Williams [Something About Mary] and more. Most recently, as a songwriter, Diana co-wrote the theme song "I Choose" performed by Alessia Cara for the Netflix animated feature The Willoughbys (2020) with Mark Mothersbaugh [Devo, Thor: Ragnarok, Rushmore] and Format Entertainment.
