Lodro Rinzler is an author and leader in the field of mindfulness. His books have been awarded multiple times and featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal, and others. With titles like Love Hurts: Buddhist Advice for the Heartbroken, How to Love Yourself: Spiritual Advice for Modern Relationships, A Buddha Walks into the Office, and others, his work brings spiritual wellness and fulfillment through meditation to a generation eager for balance. He is the co-founder of MNDFL, New York City's top meditation space according to New York magazine. MNDFL provides education in the ways of meditation across three NYC locations, and a nonprofit arm shares mindfulness training with local students of all backgrounds. Previous to starting MNDFL, Lodro Rinzler served as Executive Director of the Institute for Compassionate Leadership. In this position he lead a team devoted to coaching and mentoring through Buddhist principles.
