Rory Mhor Nicoll

Rory Mhor Nicoll (RMN) grew up in the Music Industry. His parents were well-known folk singers in their native Scotland and Rory started performing on stage at an early age acting and dancing, becoming a champion dancer in the process, While still a teenager, Rory started producing music a Dance Music band (Colorscheme) that played the SECC in Glasgow and many of the biggest gigs in Europe creating a live hype not many could live with. After signing his first publishing music contract at 17. Rory went with his solo project RMN which got signed with Sony Europe, Baby Records Europe and JVC - Victor in Japan and Asia selling hundreds of thousands RMN recorded three solo albums and released 7 Singles , RMN feat Edwin Starr went number 2 in the UK dance chart and charted in sales charts in many countries throughout Europe , RMN became a sought after name to produce and remix artists and so RMN was given the job of recreating DD Sound 70s Album and recreate he did followed by another huge hit RMN La Serenissima after selling over 700000 solo albums. Rory continued in a career of producing records, staging shows and events, and managing major artists which he still does to this day He has Remixed Or Produced music with: Hue and Cry , Jimmy Somerville ,Dream Frequency ,DD Sound ,Skatman ,Double You ,Sabrina ,Peter Joback, Lisa Loud ,Edwin Starr, Finbar Furey, and many others , Recording some huge hits like (Please Don't Go by Double You) (Shannon - Let the music play) Skatman IM a Skatman in 2006 Rory made the 999 Album with DR Fink , Kym Mazelle , Kip Blackshire ,Eric Leeds Matt D and Chris Clay all from Prince's band the revolution and NPG. Rory today is still working in the music remixing and producing in 2010 was executive producer on Irish Folk legends album Finbar Furey the album was entitled smile. 2013/14 RMN started producing a series of new artists As a writer Rory Nicoll has written a full series of Books 8 to be exact including C.ask Whisky , Hit Click Series 1 and 2 , The Fairy Flag Novel , and the now the film script of the fairy flag. 2014 Rory will be the main Producer of the Full feature film (The Fairy Flag)
