Michael Paul Callahan was born in Burlington, VT. Attended schools at Essex Junction, VT., Burlington, Vt. Then went on to a State University of NY college and Keiser University, Fl. While a successful businessman all his life he also trained as a professional musician and actor. Michael has done several films and movies, many with a leading role, also commercials, including these Hollywood movies with stars like Adrian Brody December 2018 as a lawyer in "Clean". A hockey coach in the Hollywood movie "Odd Man Rush" February 2019. "The Mountain" as an orderly with Jeff Goldblum in November of 2017, "Looks That Kill"- a doctor Fall 2018, "Sid is Dead"- featured theater parent Fall 2018. Considered to be a "Cary Grant" type actor when required. The Summer of 2017 Michael was "Teen Angel" for the Broadway musical "Grease". He had lead roles in several movies, a lead role in the film "Venus Man Trap" 2018, a role in the Hollywood movie "The Mountain" with stars like Jeff Goldblum November of 2017, now in post-production, and April 2018 a role in the Hollywood movie "Looks That Kill" as a doctor. Also in May 2018 a role in the TV series "Tarot". Michael Paul is also a top ranked Elvis Tribute Artist in the northeast, in June 2018 he was invited and performed at the #1 in the world Elvis Tribute Artist Contest and Festival in Lake George, NY. Also two world class Ultimate Elvis Festivals 2019. Michael Paul Callahan is also a top ranked Elvis Tribute Artist in the northeast and the owner of A Time for Legends®, similar to the longest running Legends show in Vegas since 1983, with multiple famous Tribute Artists. Michael will perform in June 2018 at an Ultimate Elvis Tribute Show in Lake George, NY, by invitation only for the top Elvis Tribute Artists in the world. Michael is a Christian Contemporary Gospel recording artist for many years, opening for top-name Grammy-winning performers such as Amy Grant, Larnelle Harris, David Meece, Mike Warnke and many more. Michael had a weekly TV show for years and hosted a weekly two-hour radio show on a mainstream #1 country station. In Binghamton, he founded the annual "First Night" New Year's Eve family celebration, an annual dinner for the needy on Easter Day, and monthly Youth Skate Nights. He has appeared as "Uncle Billy" in "Its A Wonderful Life", "John Smith" in "Caught in the Net"," Juror # 10" in "Twelve Angry Men" and "Papa" in "I Remember Mama" with The Oswego Players. Recent roles include: "Dial M for Murder" and "First Things First", leads in movies "Counter", "Stolen", and "The Businessman". He has also had roles in The Port City Theatre, Baldwinsville Theatre Guild, and The Oswego Children's Theatre. 1st degree Tae Kwon Do Black Belt- 2010. Tournament Sparring Champion. Lifetime athlete. Movie fight choreography. Professional singer in national Gospel music, recorded and performed with his own full band, also 30 member Choirs for back up singers, etc. Also Professional Event Planner, promoter, PR Specialist and does PR work for several organizations.
