Grant Conversano was born and raised Concord, North Carolina. At the age of 14 they were recruited at the local mall to be an extra in The Hunger Games (2012). The summer after their sophomore year of high school they became a regular stand-in on the second season of the Showtimes Series Homeland (2011) for Timothée Chalamet. They were invited back to the show the following summer to stand in for Sam Underwood on season three. They graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts filmmaking program in 2018, and started a production company with their brother Adam Conversano, Apple House Pictures.
