Fred Koster, a 30 year SAG member, studied under a number of great acting teachers including Don Richardson and Tom Orth. Fred took a hiatus from the film industry to pursue business ventures in Asia and Europe. He is now back and has gone behind the camera in writing, directing, hosting and producing projects on the Super Bowl, US Open, NFL, NCAA Football, NASCAR and MLB. These projects enabled Fred the enjoyment of interviewing over 50 professional Hall of Fame and All-Star athletes. Fred has also conducted 130 other interviews that have included refugees, US military figures, foreign dignitaries and journalists. Fred prides himself on exceeding expectations for clients. Two of his favorite client quotes are from: Rick Rennert, US Open (USTA), "Like Jimmy Connors chasing down a drop shot, Fred Koster relentlessly pursued the production of our US Open film. He put together a fantastic show and exceeded our expectations"; and also from Random House, "Outstanding Shows...Always delivers on time". Fred's theatrical film Ride the Thunder had a premiere week that was #1 at the box office in the nation (per theater basis-Rentrak) made the Academy Award Qualifying list and has earned high scores at IMDb, Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes. Fred, being an ex-actor, especially likes working with actors to achieve their best performances. He believes that acting does not have to be a difficult process if you can find the key to unlocking that great performance within the actor. Fred also understands that to deliver a good directorial performance, a director needs to intricately know every process of film-making from pre-production all the way through post-production.
