Trained and certified in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali/Eskrima, and his native, Pencak Silat. Received his Bachelor's of Arts in Geography at California State University, Fullerton and Masters of Arts in History from Arizona State University. Both parents are ordained ministers.
