Noel Green was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. The 4th of 6 children his parents and siblings were always into character acting and dressing up in costumes. Attending Hillcrest high school in Springfield Noel focused a lot on drama; often citing still that his drama teacher, Donald "Nick" Nickell, was one of his greatest influences in his life. His formal drama training included method acting and levels of study that most students don't enter into until proper theatrical schools. He graduated Hillcrest high school in 1990 but not before being instrumental in creating high school's first television magazine show, HTV Magazine, editing every one of the first year's episodes on a VHS deck. After high school Noel went to the Kansas City Art Institute to study illustration with hopes of becoming an animator for Walt Disney. It was, however, after meeting one of his teachers, who was a graphic designer, that he decided to move to Edmond, Oklahoma and attend Oklahoma Christian University to study in their graphic design department. After nine years of college (with no degree) Noel moved back to Springfield and began working at Silver Dollar City as a street character. He worked there until 2003 when he started his own advertising and design company with his life long friend. Soon after this he met his wife and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the request of his wife he submitted a photo to the show Longmire (2012) for a "crowd scene". While he didn't get called for that scene two years later the casting agent called him for a reoccurring background role on the WGN show Manhattan (2014) It was during this that he was called again for a role on the Longmire (2012), this time as a featured background extra; a role he would reprise one more time in the show's run. Noel continues to live and work in Albuquerque, NM with his wife and 3 children.
