Ryan Hayes

Ryan Hayes is an American actor known for his strong presence on screen and versatility in a wide range of genres. He was born on November 19th, 1987 in Santa Clarita, California. He is the son of Marina and Donald Hayes. His mother Marina is of Columbian descent and is a homemaker. His father Donald Alvin Hayes is of German and Irish descent and is an attorney. He has one younger brother Andrew. As a young kid, his parents would film him as he performed in front of them, often portraying movies and acting them out. To their surprise, this was a big clue that a career in film would be what he was born to do. He later referred back to these home videotapes and had an epiphany. He played travel ice hockey and tennis during his youth and thought about a career in sports as he grew up, but it wasn't until after graduating from William S. Hart High School that he began to take acting seriously, and in 2011 took an acting class at College of the Canyons community college. After getting an A in a beginning acting class there, his teacher had told him he should continue pursuing acting and find a school in LA. From there he began studying at well established Los Angeles acting schools such as The Beverly Hills Playhouse, and Margie Haber Studio, as well as others a few other. After some serious health challenges hit him out of nowhere during roughly a two year period while in college, he persevered and continued on in ways few could be able to do. It was during those tough years that he learned a lot about himself and of life. Even though he has had a lot of success, he has stayed humble, and credits his upbringing for the reasons why he has remained so grounded.
